Return Policy

Our return policy outlines the steps and conditions under which you can send items back to us.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeframe: Please request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Support: Email our customer support at support@evangelco.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with any necessary instructions, including a return label (here note if this would be provided by you or paid by the consumer).

  3. Prepare the Package: Securely package the item(s) along with all original packaging. 

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once received, we’ll inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. It takes 3 days from the time we receive item to complete inspection. If the item is eligible, we will then proceed with the next steps.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy focuses on how and when you will receive money back after a return has been processed, as well as conditions for refunding without a return in specific cases.

When Refunds Apply: (Review)

  • After a Return: Once a return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • For Defective Items: If an item is defective and reported within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund without necessarily returning the item, subject to our verification process.

Refund Process:

  1. Processing Time: After we approve a return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your refund.

  2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  3. Partial Refunds and Deductions: If applicable, refunds may be subject to deductions such as restocking fees or shipping charges, according to the return reason and condition of the returned item.

Reporting Defective Items:

  • Timeframe: Report any defects within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the item. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the defect to support@evangelco.com.

Resolution: For valid defect claims, we will guide you through the return process and initiate a refund or replacement without additional shipping costs.
